Workshop Training
Participants will be encouraged to participate all activities which will offer hands-on experience with manipulatives. Each workshop will provide full MVL curriculum for each participant.
Workshops will provide:
- An environment that provides support - academically, socially, and linguistically
- Training on how to use MVL 3D and 2D tools to fit school's language arts curriculum
- Opportunity for teachers to develop their own MVL curriculum while they are in the training session
- Training and modeling effective teaching for children
Training in how to use MVL Editing Checklist to incorporate grammar rules with student's writing composition - Ideas on how to use the tools in your classroom using posters, maps, and skits in addition to the blocks
