visitors to our exhibit at DeafWay crowding around the exhibit

Many thanks to all of you who visited our booth at DeafWay II. It was a real pleasure to meet and talk with people from all over the United States and many other countries, including Costa Rica, Israel, Greece, France, Venezuela, Netherlands, Jamaica, and England. Parents, teachers, and students all gathered to learn more, and it was great to have such lively and positive response to our exhibit.

visitors to our exhibit at DeafWay discuss potential benefits of using MVL in France

We heard many comments already that people needed something like MVL in their country, and that they thought they could adapt it to their native language. This is an exciting possibility for us, and one that we have long thought possible, as we know that MVL helps bridge the gap between any language by providing a visual way to present concepts.

Bear with us as we take our idea to the next level, especially in terms of getting materials out to those who want them. We are in the process of finding a manufacturer - all our materials to date have been made by hand, and now the demand is far exceeding our ability to keep up!

We are also seeking many different sources of grant funding, which ultimately we hope will allow us to provide our services for free to any school requesting a workshop. We encourage you to contact us with requests for workshops, which will help us document the need for our services worldwide.

To the father from Canada, who told us to hurry up, we say "We will!"

We encourage people to contact us with any questions and comments. Email us at jgore@green-bridge.org
